This website is operated by Sculpture Studio (Art studio 56 LLC), Chester, New Jersey, USA. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Sculpture Studio. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products and artwork

Most of our pieces are original, handmade works. Because each piece is made by hand, small variations in color, texture and finish are part of the work and are not defects. We make every effort to display colors and dimensions accurately, but your screen may show colors slightly differently. Dimensions are approximate.

Custom orders

Some pieces can be made in a custom color or finish. Custom orders are confirmed by email before production begins and may take additional time to complete. Custom pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is no longer available or a pricing error occurred. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Intellectual property

All artwork, photographs and text on this site belong to Sculpture Studio. Purchasing a piece gives you ownership of the physical object, not the right to reproduce the design. You may not copy or reproduce our images or designs without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sculpture Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
