Shipping policy

Free shipping within the United States

We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States.

Processing time

In-stock pieces ship within 5 to 10 business days of your order. Custom color or made-to-order pieces may take longer; we will confirm the expected timeline by email after you order.

Packaging and delivery

Every piece is carefully wrapped and boxed or crated to protect it in transit. Smaller pieces ship by standard ground carrier with tracking. Large or heavy pieces, such as floor sculptures, may ship by freight; we will contact you to schedule delivery.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

International orders

For shipping outside the United States, please contact us before ordering for a quote.

Damaged items

If your piece arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery at frank@jebarart.com with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
